I'm a true Subaru guy and New Englander ... I drive a 2015 forester , my girlfriend drives a 2014 legacy. I'm a die hard Boston sports fan, Go Pats , Sox and Celts!...and avid golfer. We have 3 dogs at home.We love living in the low country and really enjoy the outdoors and every Charleston has to offer. I believe in our product ...if safety ,reliability and longevity and the awd system Subaru is known for, making it possible for you to drive just about anywhere it could be the brand for you. We are long time Subaru owners- just purchased #6 ! !!!!! Our salesman Mike Maniscalchi was great to work with- despite a low inventory of vehicles, he was able to discuss all models and show us exampl !!!!! Our salesman Mike Maniscalchi was great to work with- despite a low inventory of vehicles, he was able to discuss all models and show us examples on the lot. He was very knowledgeable about upcoming inventory so we knew exactly when to expect our Outback to come in. Everyone involved in the sale (trade in estimator, finance paperwork, etc) were first rate! I would feel very comfortable calling any of them with my questions. We have been dealing with the Service Dept at Crews since they opened and have always had a good experience. Jason Parish and the entire crew are courteous and knowledgeable and timely. I look forward to continuing our relationship with my new Outback. More

My salesman Mike M. was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Outback. He was very friendly and did not pressure me to make a decision or a purchase. Outstanding customer service, from the first phone call, to the test drive, and through financing. Everybody there was so nice and helpful- with a special call-out to Mike in sales and Josh in financing for to the test drive, and through financing. I stopped in to the dealership to test drive a used car and walked out purchasing a new car (that had just arrived on the lot that day!) that was exactly what I wanted.
