Excellent...all the way around Start to finish, the buying experience was exceptional; from the sale discussion to wrapping up the financing and then delivery from the prep crew. I decided on the CR-V in part because of my experience here! THIS is what car buying should be like everywhere! I was shopping the compact SUV segment which is a crowded segment with lots of good choices. When THIS is what car buying should be like everywhere! I was shopping the compact SUV segment which is a crowded segment with lots of good choices. When making my pros and cons list to help me decide on which vehicle to purchase, let me tell you that "my experience with Autopark Honda" was an actual line item on my pros list! The Asst. Gen. Manager at this dealership, Mike Icenhour, is a true professional and very customer focused. He made himself available before, during, and after my purchase. You can imagine if that is how it is at the top that it only trickles down from there. My salesperson Chris Perri was a delight to deal with. He respected my wish to communicate via email, didn't bombard me with phone calls or emails, accommodated my numerous requests to come and test drive the vehicle and didn't require too much back and forth to settle on pricing and fair trade in value that was fair for both of us. Also, there were no exorbitant and unnecessary dealer add-ons (something I found commonplace at a lot of other dealerships). There was none of that dreaded "slimy" dealership experience. Well, maybe at the end when they offer you warranties and you have to decide right there and then, wish they would give people time to go home and mull those additional options over, that would be my only negative. They also give you free lifetime oil changes with your purchase (sure that may be a ploy to get you to take your car to them so they can upsell you by finding things wrong with your car, but doesn't AAA and JiffyLube do that AND charge you for the oil change too?) Only time will tell what my experience on the service end of things will be like but hopefully my CR-V will be as reliable as my husband's Ridgeline has been these past 10 years and I won't have to find out. If you're even thinking about a Honda, go here, ask for Chris, it will help make your decision easier. More

Erik made it easy! Actually they all made it easy, from the sales side to the finance side. Erik answered all my questions honestly. If he didn't know the answer, he took the time to get it. He made no attempt to sell me something I neither wanted or needed. He gave me the information I needed then the time and space I needed to make a decision I would be happy with. The treatment before the sale is a reflection of the service after the sale. I was looking at 2 different brands of cars across 4 different dealers and what I encountered from Erik as compared to the other dealers lead me straight back to Cary Auto Park Honda. More

Thank you Peter Gazzard for your great and calm approach to helping me buy the beautiful charcoal metallic grey 2013 Honda Civic for my flight instruction business. It will be a classy way to travel and keep my fuel and upkeep cost much lower than most alternatives. I am so having fun using the my cell phone and all the safe technology options while driving. It is just very cool. Everytime I get into drive, I am reminded of the perfect fit that Honda delivers along with Autopark Honda and yourself. The sales and service staff including Eldwin Breeden and Charlie Bruce (who spent quite a bit of his personal time to listen to me and my family as we meandered through the new car purchase process). Oh and yes, it goes beyond that, with Kevin Mill's jumping in to rectify a brake problem on my wife's, Jill, certified pre-owned 2007 Honda Accord purchased at Autopark. And Edwin, did I mention him. My wife and kids think he is apart of our family. Autopark is such a preference for all four of our Honda's that we always got our Toyota Sienna serviced there when it was allowed of course. More
