The sales team of Mike Harder and Klaus Laetsch provide a one-two punch of knowledge, professionalism and willingness to find what works best for US. Onto the service department which cannot be beat - Don is fabulous and we always know the full picture including recommendations. When we receive a recommendation for service it is based on fact. We might have looked at another type of car but we purchased Mercedes again because of this team. More
