Back seatbelt failed. Dealer wants $400 to fix unless the part is broken and if it is, it would be more. Worst dealer ship ever! ! They lie so much. I drove off the lot with a car just for them to call me to say we needed to discuss the contract next thing you know they were tak ! They lie so much. I drove off the lot with a car just for them to call me to say we needed to discuss the contract next thing you know they were taking my car talking about my paystubs weren’t real they didn’t take the time to verify my income like xxx at the time I was an independent contractor I worked very hard for my income… I hate Bernie and the finance manager he was sooooo rude. Not to mention they ran my credit a million times causing it to go under 600! More

Had an appointment to look at a used truck. Drove 45 mins there just to have to stand around and wait. When helped salesman couldn't find the truck. The truck was in service on the rack with no oil in it. Couldn't even see the truck and was told it would be ready. Highly disappointed in the service. When salesmen talked to the mangers they didn't care and stated doesn't matter someone is coming tomorrow to buy look and purchase. More

I’d like to let you know my husband purchased a New ZR2 Silverado 2022, (We had a 30 day window to cancel contract ) We’ve had nothing but issues from this company, The sales rep and finance manager both r Silverado 2022, (We had a 30 day window to cancel contract ) We’ve had nothing but issues from this company, The sales rep and finance manager both represented the truck as “new” 92 miles … (actual mileage) on odometer, we was told vehicle was brought from a lesser dealership that could not sell so that’s how they acquired said vehicle…. After all financial paperwork was done , Jamie (sales rep) gave us the 2nd fob, which was marked used! Once again we ask was it used, NO! So after 3 visits back to the dealership to get additional information on the electronics we also had requested a paper title of the vehicle! We finally received the paper title in the mail and see the title is issued as used…. Nobody will sit down with us, they’re now starting to avoid our calls…. It took over 6 weeks so our 30 day window to return the vehicle has expired! With all the inquiries, not one word from the owner Linda Beaver…. It’s just been 1 lie after another, or put on hold and pass our call on to another person…… BE AWARE OF THIS! The ZR2 was titled in State of Penn with 17 miles ….. clearly we was lied to on our question; had the vehicle every been titled before….. it had been clearly stated that’s not a used vehicle and nobody can explain or should I say they’ve been caught lying to us! You decide! I’ve requested Linda Beaver to call my husband, but was told she only comes once a month to the dealership and does talk to her customers. I’d appreciate a response! This place isn't what it appears to be I was offered WOW savings on a vehicle I didn't want, then did not get the same savings on the vehicle I wanted. I didn't realize this until I got ho I was offered WOW savings on a vehicle I didn't want, then did not get the same savings on the vehicle I wanted. I didn't realize this until I got home, but by then the deal had been made. In addition, math errors were made in the price. Met with the Sales Manager, he was willing to write me a check for the errors that I pointed out but would only tell me that GM limits the WOW savings to everyone to a very small percentage of the buying population. I learned an expensive lesson about buying a car, especially from a dealer that isn't honest. As an out of town buyer, I had to buy services that I don't need and can't use. More

Slow and almost nonexistent updates. Requests are not honored and three days later no updates on the repairs on my vehicle. Called the dealer several times the operator would transfer me to the service department but no one was ever available. I left several messages but no one returned my calls. I was hoping to be WOWED!!! by the customer service provided but now I feel that “we are here to wow you” is just a catch phrase. On a positive note the mechanic made me feel comfortable to know that my Corvette is in good hands. Lastly, Mike thank you for understanding my frustration over this matter. More
