Well hello! , My name is Lavertt Howard, i work here at Beaver Chevrolet! You can call me by my name or call me Vert for short. whatever would make it easier for you to remember me. Cars are my passion, one thing i love most about them is how they have come so far in life. There is a lot of America History in the automotive industry. Helps the world go round, or help you get around the world. :) Has to be one of the most amazing man made machines created. I was born and raised in Chicago moved to Jacksonville when i was 16 and lived here ever since. Had a long life but still have more to go!! Family and friends are my life , I have a 6 year old daughter who means the world to me. I treat ever customer as if i was working with my mom or grandmother. I have a long list of customers who has given me 5 star google reviews for working here at Beaver Chevrolet, my model is to WOW!! one customer at time, Thank you and i hope to work with you in the future.

This was by the smoothest and most enjoyable car purchase yet and it all started with Rich. I have purchased over 6-7 cars in the last 10 years and no other dealership can compare to the level of service and yet and it all started with Rich. Buyer Beware They don't honor their extended warranty; avoid buying from here as it appears to be a scam aimed solely at profiting from sales. We were initially informed that they could facilitate the pur avoid buying from here as it appears to be a scam aimed solely at profiting from sales. We were initially informed that they could facilitate the purchase of a $40,000.00 car, but when attempting to acquire a $31,000.00 car from the same place and finance department, we encountered obstacles. It's becoming evident that this establishment might not be as reputable as it appears. Their high ratings seem suspicious, and one can't help but wonder if a department is dedicated to posting fake 5-star reviews to counterbalance the daily influx of 1-star ratings. I attempted to follow their guidance in trading in the vehicle within the specified timeframe, only to receive a dismissive response. They essentially stated that they lacked a crystal ball to predict the outcome. So, when I inquired about potential deception, I received confirmation of it. The salesperson even suggested another car, which conveniently came with a $10,000 price hike, or the option of an entirely new car. It's disheartening to think that I may have been scammed into purchasing a vehicle from this establishment less than three years ago, only to witness it depreciate by over $20,000. What's more, they initially assured me that the extended warranty was inconsequential, as long as I traded the vehicle in around the three-year mark. However, this assurance was subsequently admitted to be false, leaving me with the impression that I was sold a subpar vehicle. At least there was some honesty in acknowledging that part of the situation. More
