I have never had a great experience buying a vehicle. However, I just bought my first new truck from Cleveland Toyota and I have to say they genuinely care about meeting the needs of their customers and However, I just bought my first new truck from Cleveland Toyota and I have to say they genuinely care about meeting the needs of their customers and coming to a fair deal. My salesman was Gregg Bain. Gregg was super professional and was determined to work with me to make a deal. I feel that Gregg and his manager gave me a generous offer on my trade and a very fair deal. Overall I am very happy with my experience at Cleveland Toyota. I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Cleveland the staff went above and beyond my expectations. The finance team for getting me where I wanted to be with my payments. There were several gentleman that staff went above and beyond my expectations. The finance team for getting me where I wanted to be with my payments. There were several gentleman that stay a hour and a half after closing assisting me with some issue unlocking my credit score. Thank you guys you are awesome.. In addition to not only getting the vehicle I wanted,I received a $100 gift card and a 65” flat screen TV for being one of the first Ten people to buy a car on Black Friday give away.
