As a first time visitor, hoping to become a full time customer of the service department, I found Mikaila to be be professional, friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Great first impression. I am usually really happy, but this last time around, I was not as happy with the service provided. I understand that the service center was short staffed, but even with an appointment, I was waiting for a was not as happy with the service provided. I understand that the service center was short staffed, but even with an appointment, I was waiting for almost 3 hours for my oil change. There were remarks on the report that were also not gone over with me and asked if I would like to fix them this time around. I had suspected that I had a headlight out the week before I took my car in, and forgot about it, but then a day later I drove at night and noticed that my headlight was in fact out. It made me feel less confident in the service provided - was it even checked? I understand being short staffed, but I think letting the customer know that it is going to be a longer wait time than normal would have been nice. However, the associate who helped was very kind. More

Wilde Honda Service Department provides excellent service. Issues that arise are thoroughly explained and the cost of repairs is always stated before repair work begins. Took my car in for service. Attention to detail started with my phone call to set up the appt, as I needed passenger side mirror replaced as well as routine maintenance. Mikaila handled it all & told me to ask for her on arrival. Check in, wait time estimate, comfortable waiting area, and very helpful staff made the appointment painless. I was even offered a payment plan which I didn’t need but was happy to know it was available. Thanks Wilde, I drive a long way across town because I know I can depend on you. More
