Horrible service side management, I had Grand Prairie Volkswagen diagnose a problem with my car. The quote for the work and labor and parts was too high. Which I then opted to take it to a performance sh Volkswagen diagnose a problem with my car. The quote for the work and labor and parts was too high. Which I then opted to take it to a performance shop. I asked ahead of time for them to place the car in a convenient area for me to load it onto a trailer. When I arrived with my pickup truck and trailer to tow the car It was shoved in the back corner of the lot in a very tight area and I had to move the car by hand into a different area in order to even get close enough to get it on the trailer. More

I can’t say enough great things about Mickaela in the Service Dept! She kept me informed as to progress, estimate for repairs, when my car would be ready to be picked up.
