From the second I pulled up to the dealership, he was on top of the whole experience and answered any question I had. He was enjoyable to work with and made sure that I left happy. The entire staff at Janesville Subaru was extremely friendly and seriously made this one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences to date. I would 100% recommend working with Michael and 100% recommend buying from Janesville Subaru and would definitely make the 2 hour drive again in the future just to be able to buy from this dealership again. Michael was fantastic and was the only reason I didn’t back out of the transaction. I was not pleased with the sales strategy of the extended warranty and other add-on services that totaled over $12K. The back out of the transaction. The finance manager was very nice, but the strategy to upsell the warranties left a poor taste. I would recommend the dealership only if it was a cash sale with no additional warranty purchases needed. More

I’m safely driving on roads trucks passing me later lost control into the snow drift near by. Paperwork at the dealership can take some time but good things come to those that wait so it was worth it. More

I felt so comfortable the minute I started talking with him...especially as I interrupted his lunch on my first visit:) I think I owe him a warm lunch as his definitely got cold as he gave me his full attention! This was the beginning of my first Subaru purchase! I cannot thank him enough for being so patient and understanding! He is a salesperson that will soar and represent Subaru in fine fashion!
