Would not recommend for buying/leasing a car. Was not crazy about the negotiating process and I had a lot of issues after with my brand new car. Followed up with the dealership and my sales associate mul crazy about the negotiating process and I had a lot of issues after with my brand new car. Followed up with the dealership and my sales associate multiple times and they were not on top of it. I had to get Ford corporate involved as well and they were not very helpful until after multiple follow ups. Service has also messed up in different ways. Doesn’t seem very organized and they also have not been good on the follow up for the ongoing issues. More

Service/Show ROom Mike helped me a great deal with a service issue and an update that needed to be made to my Ford Escape. I have been a loyal Ford customer at Englewoo Mike helped me a great deal with a service issue and an update that needed to be made to my Ford Escape. I have been a loyal Ford customer at Englewood of Ford, but recently moved to the area. I wanted to assess my options for service/sales in the future, so I stopped into the showroom to talk with the staff. Mike came right up to me, introduced himself and took the time to answer all my questions and show me around the showroom/service area. Due to this experience, I will definitely be doing all my service needs with this dealership and when my lease is up, I plan on using only this dealership for my next vehicle. More
