On 9-16-22 I scheduled my Jeep Galdiator in for a recall and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extr and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extra work. Really?! I dropped it off at 8:30am And was Uber’ed home since I had to go to work. Turned out It was finished earlier than expected around noon so I told the service advisor I’d pick it up in the morning. Wish I’d never done that. Invoice shows milage in/out are identical but my odometer showed it was driven for 20 miles since I’d last dropped it off. The AC had been adjusted and the music switched to SiriusXM Radio. Thanks a lot Mr. service advisor. That’s wear and tear on my vehicle I’ll never get back again, fuel, and music subscription. Great job stealing from your customers. Must be nice to be able to take customer’s vehicles home for a change. More

Eric, Per your reply to my Google review on the exceptionally poor service I received from Larry H. Miller. I called and left 3 voice mail messages too have you call me at 5475. No calls were recei exceptionally poor service I received from Larry H. Miller. I called and left 3 voice mail messages too have you call me at 5475. No calls were received. So it looks like Eric was out and unable to receive message for 3 days... He called and indicated that he did pass a message on to the service manager to call me. I spoke to the service manager and he indicated that he did attempt to call me 1 time. As the vehicle held idle upon its initial start at the dealership and we are unable to determine why the new engine ceased, Larry H. Miller, I would conclude that they did provide the service to correct the idle issue and therefore met its requirements. Sincerely, David More
