On 9-16-22 I scheduled my Jeep Galdiator in for a recall and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extr and additional maintenance of oil change, tires rotation and balance. Earliest appointment was 11am and was told may take all day because of the extra work. Really?! I dropped it off at 8:30am And was Uber’ed home since I had to go to work. Turned out It was finished earlier than expected around noon so I told the service advisor I’d pick it up in the morning. Wish I’d never done that. Invoice shows milage in/out are identical but my odometer showed it was driven for 20 miles since I’d last dropped it off. The AC had been adjusted and the music switched to SiriusXM Radio. Thanks a lot Mr. service advisor. That’s wear and tear on my vehicle I’ll never get back again, fuel, and music subscription. Great job stealing from your customers. Must be nice to be able to take customer’s vehicles home for a change. More

Spoke to Nick, the Service Advisor.While I didn't have Spoke to Nick, the Service Advisor. While I didn't have my vehicle serviced there yet, I recently found this car online and purchased it as an A to Spoke to Nick, the Service Advisor. While I didn't have my vehicle serviced there yet, I recently found this car online and purchased it as an A to B car until the market cools down on used cars - private party sale, and I called for information on recent services, so that I can understand what has been done at this point, and what I still needed to do, and address any potential areas of concern from prior visits. Nick, on a busy Saturday, was so helpful when I called him. I'm impressed by his professionalism, and attitude. He is the one I will be booking with, when I come in! Debra More
