I purchased a certified used vehicle from Tustin Mazda a few years back and recently had an issue with my door handle. I authored an email to the dealership’s owner John Patterson. John was responsive to my issue as he had a service person contact me the very next morning stating that despite the issue being out of warranty he hey would cover the repair as it was definitely an unusual issue. When I took my vehicle for the repair I ran into John near the customer waiting area. I approached him to shake his hand and thanked him for his responsiveness personally. He thanked me for my patronage and apologized for the issue - just a good, humble guy despite being the owner of the dealership with more pressing issues I’m sure. Additionally, Damian my Service Advisor and Mike the Service Manager were top notch throughout my entire repair. Their caring nature and attentiveness for their customers makes me keep coming back. Thr dealership as a whole are highly recommend from purchase to repair of your vehicle. More

Tustin Mazda is the best dealership I have ever used. I have had many and they cannot compare to this place and personnel!!!! It feels more like I’m going to a spa than to get my car serviced. It is a wonderful dealership, and they take excellent care Since I bought my first Mazda 12 years ago, I have been a loyal customer of Tustin Mazda! It is a wonderful dealership, and they take excellent care of their customers and their cars. Tony has been my service provider since day 1. He is always pleasant and cheerful- it is like coming to visit a friend. He remembers both my name and my car. Tony is efficient, explains the service I am due for, and always asks if I have any concerns. I always ask him to let me know if future repairs needed. He stays in contact throughout my visit there, and updates me as to other things to watch. Before I leave, Tony and I usually discuss items that aren't needed today, but should be dealt with in the near future - or if everything is fine, and he'll see me in about 3 1/2 months. I really appreciate Tony looking out for both my car and me. He has never tried to talk me into any service, but let's me know what is available and if it would benefit my car! I tell all my friends that are car shopping to go to Tustin Mazda -outstanding service, friendly people, a dealership that wants to make its customers happy. I live Tustin Mazda and so does my car! The sales people are also interested in helping you, but not pushy. Jim Feinstein was my salesperson for both of my Mazdas, and made my purchases effortless. LOVE TUSTIN MAZDA!!!!! More
