I cannot say enough good things about Dylan Roberts or Tustin Mazda! I love how I’m treated there by everyone I’m treated like I’m a Sister or a Daughter and given the best care! For me it is worth going back because of how they make me feel safe and cared for ! Dylan is such a gentleman and it’s so rare to see that nowadays that him alone would bring me coming back! Thank you Tustin Mazda and Dylan for making a CRAZY car situation easier to deal with because I don’t feel like I’m being possibly overpriced etc! FIVE STARS NOT ENOUGH! For either the dealership or Dylan that man deserves a raise ! More

Fantastic dealership! When we bought our most recent car, we worked with Jeff and Larry. Both of them were easy to work with, respectful, and kind. We appreciated their honest, patient, and no-pressure appro we worked with Jeff and Larry. Both of them were easy to work with, respectful, and kind. We appreciated their honest, patient, and no-pressure approach to sales. Jeff was wonderful throughout the process. While we were shopping for our newest car, Jeff was kind, patient, and presented us with a variety of options that fit our needs. He did not try to push us into more features or options than we wanted. He spent a great deal of time with us as we contemplated a variety of options. When we were ready to buy, he kept us informed and was transparent throughout the process. We appreciate how he continues to follow up with us even after we purchased the car and checks in with us after each service appointment. How often does a salesperson follow up AFTER the purchase?!? Jeff does! He clearly is passionate about providing customers with comprehensive, high-quality service. Larry was easy to work with when we had decided on the car, happily took us on another test drive when we were making our final decision, and even found a color combination at another dealership he was willing to bring over to ensure we were happy with our choice. We would be happy to go back and work with Jeff, Larry, and the Tustin Mazda team! Damian, Mike, and the entire service department is also excellent. They have been helpful with any issue that we’ve had. This is our third Mazda, and we choose this dealership for all of our service needs because of their quality work and honesty. During the buying process, Lori was fantastic. We were kept so informed and never pressured. She was very honest and patient during the entire transaction. We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Mazda in general. Jeff (the general manager) and John (the owner) were both incredibly accessible and helpful. They clearly take pride in providing the best service, value, and experience to their customers. This dealership has been nothing but honest and easy to work with. In the rare instance we had concerns or questions, we can easily contact anyone at the dealership and be treated with respect. I am confident we are not Tustin Mazda’s biggest or most important customer, but they certainly make us feel that way. We can’t say enough good things! More

The enjoyment of buying a CPO from Larry, became a nightmare when the car issues started to appear and all the mistakes. They over fill the engine oil. My valve cover gasket ended up failing. They replaced control arms due to a weird noise, but didn’t solve the issue, the problem is probably the suspension. Stay away from the service department. They lied to me. Very disappointing. So I came out to find my CX-5 with a flat left tire over Labor Day Weekend. There's some construction around my place so I thought I picked up a nail. First Mazda's First Response team came out--I think the Labor Day Weekend. There's some construction around my place so I thought I picked up a nail. First Mazda's First Response team came out--I think they have a different name like Roadside Assistance. He was able to pop the spare in for me, which of course I can do, but it's badass when you have a company willing to stand behind it's product. Plus I was hoping he might be able to repair it there. We take the wheel off and no noticeable puncture to the tire. So I throw on the donut and called Victor. At first I tried to take it to John Patterson's other shop a little closer in Huntington Beach but they were booked up. They did take a look at the tire and fill it up to see where the issue was...turns out there was a small tear or gash in the sidewall lettering about 2 centimetres. The tech suggested it had been intentional which left me baffled, and is another deal altogether, but said they couldn't patch it, but to try through the Yokohama warranty. I get it...a dealer can't be responsible for some a**hole doing something like that, so I called Yokohama who first sent me to a Goodyear dealer; who then sent me to a Yokohama certified dealer--who said they would replace the tire and I would have to send the warranty in and hope to get repaid. The tire was $305--nice tires I guess. Before pulling the trigger, I called Victor one more time and he said not to do that and bring it to Tustin before 5 and they'd look into what could be done. I got there and met a guy with a great haircut like mine named Jefferson, who asked if he could take a look. He came back about 10 minutes later and said it looked like an intentional puncture, but here's the cool part. He basically said he felt bad I'd been running around all day and that they were going to replace it for the price of free-99. That is above and beyond and saved me not only money, but my sanity. It reminded me that there are good people out there too. Everyone I've met from OC Mazda is in that category, so I hope John reads this, and remembers at Xmas Bonus time ;) Maybe I'll grab an RX-9 if they ever make it to add to the fleet. I'll tell you one thing, there's a reason this company is rated so highly. They're simply phenomenal. More

Larry Henderson is an amazing car salesman. He was extremely patient with both me and my husband and made sure we fully understood every feature of the car.
