These guys go the distance to make sure that the customer drives away happy. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them and they went above and beyond the call of duty to insure I was satisfied with my purc drives away happy. I have purchased four cars over the past five years and this last experience (my first with VW of Naples), was by far the best car buying experience I have had. The sales staff is very knowledgable and ve this last experience (my first with VW of Naples), was by far the best car buying experience I have had. The sales staff is very knowledgable and very approachable unlike many dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I have definitely found my dealership of choice. Michael was the best salesman I have had. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgable, honest and genuine salesperson to deal with.
