Reuben was fantastic to work with and helped us to find a car I loved at a price I could afford. I am not a fan of the managers sequestering themselves in there office. It makes the buying process feel like car I loved at a price I could afford. I am not a fan of the managers sequestering themselves in there office. It makes the buying process feel like it doesn't matter to anyone aside from Reuben. Nikolas Anastassopoulos tried to play around with the agreed upon price right before we signed the deal. Also was too persistent when trying to sell extended warranties and such. I bought a car outright, negotiated to the top of what I could afford, he should have been able to read the room and know we were not going to add anything else. Given the history I have here I expected a little more of a personal touch from the people above my salesman. Other than Reuben, I am not sure anyone at this dealership cared about the customer experience at all. As long as Reuben is there, I can recommend this dealership. Once he is gone, I am not sure that I will ever do business here again. More

To whom it may concern We bought a 2014 Volkswagen end it had a recall on the water pump since we bought the car and had a service or you dealership for everything. I submitted my paperwork and they denie it had a recall on the water pump since we bought the car and had a service or you dealership for everything. I submitted my paperwork and they denied me because of one of your invoices you had on there. that I requested for you to look at and you charge me for it so when I submitted my paperwork I put that amount not realizing that was a problem, but to no avail they were not tell me the truth we had two water pumps. Replace one was for free and the other one I had to pay About $800. This is been going on for two years. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to go to this trouble to get my money even though your company had a recall on a failure water pump I would appreciate. if you can do something with this matter thank you P.S.
