This service department either cannot or will not repair anything. Dropped car off at 7 am for suspension/air ride issues and a wiper arm not working. After 7 hours, I started calling because I hadn’t heard anything. Dropped car off at 7 am for suspension/air ride issues and a wiper arm not working. After 7 hours, I started calling because I hadn’t heard from the service advisor. I finally got through after several tries and was told the tech drove the car but didn’t think anything was wrong! This car went from a dream ride to rattling all over the road overnight and something is definitely wrong with air ride relays, leveling sensor, compressor or air bags. I asked if it was put on a computer or if technician got under it to diagnose and told no. Apparently this tech didn’t want to actually diagnose it or he doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing if he can’t tell when a car is bouncing all over the road! I then asked about wiper arm, was told tech was just then looking at it! I Was called back later and told it needed a new wiper arm and new wiper motor and would be $678! No way!!! My husband then finally took time to look at it, realized it was a bad bushing (a $10 part) and tada, it’s fixed!! I would never visit this Nissan service dept. again. Poor customer service and poor technician attentiveness and ability. Apparently they only want to perform oil changes and the minimum required for warranty service. We have an appointment with a non-Nissan mechanic to hopefully figure out what is going on with the suspension so we can haul our camper, or we will sell it. More

From the first second I rolled down the window mr. Michael Robinson was friendly, funny and honest. This man honored my coupons even though it could have affected his commission. He made sure that it was in line and would be ready at a certain time and for the first time ever my car was ready. I really appreciate mr. Robinson for being prompt, promising, and empathetic. I bought 4 tires and an oil change for almost $1000. I had to remind them 3 separate times about a problem with the electronic key. So (as usual with this service department) I had significant unexpected had to remind them 3 separate times about a problem with the electronic key. So (as usual with this service department) I had significant unexpected delays… When they finally got to the diagnosis (an hour later), they spent another 30 minutes before they found a bad “switch” Yet ANOTHER hour later, “all fixed!” However, an additional $300, for a “switch!” All in all an entire day given up, with nasty surprises, to boot. Doubt we (or our friends) will be back. Burned too many times in the same way! More
