Poor customer service and service recovery. Received a very dirty loaner car at 0800. It looked like ketchup or something in the brownish red family was over the front passenger seat and the back driver seat. Ashes all over the car despite it should be "no smoking". Called and left messages about this on two managers voicemail (@ 0900 when the office opened, again at 1000, and 1200) and both failed to pick up the phone to call me back to address my concerns. When I went in to pick up my car (after work @ 1730) I had to request to speak to the manger. When he finally came to speak to me, he informed me he didn't know I wanted him to call me back (despite me asking him to do so in my voicemail). All he could say at this point was, they have a process and obviously the process failed for me and he apologized for that. But why did I have to wait 8 hours to get an apology for driving a dirty car. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I would not recommend them to anyone. I paid nearly $1000 for the poorest customer service I have ever received in my life.

Dear Mr. Davis, We are not surprised by your fictitious negative review as you threatened to “blast us on social media” if we didn’t agree to repair your damaged vehicle at no charge for you. We did everything within reason to help you with this situation. As we told you three years ago, it is unfortunate that someone in your household damaged your Lexus only a short time after you leased it. We supplied you with a collision center estimate back then to fix it properly, but you declined. As a courtesy and at your request, we made an attempt to re-secure your bumper at no charge with the disclaimer that it was a temporary fix. Now when you are wanting to purchase the Lexus you leased from us, you want to have another go at getting your damaged vehicle repaired for free. Once again, we had our team review your claim of a faulty bumper and as you saw in the pictures we emailed you, your vehicle has a severely damaged bumper and scrapes down the entire under carriage of your car. We are all truly sorry that you are not happy with the outcome. As good as the Lexus warranty is, it does not cover collision damage. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
