I dropped a deposit and flew up to get the car and they had someone meet me at the airport. Michael Lilley and Nick Botusan were extremely accommodating and the one issue we had was a crack in the windscreen which Nick offered to replace on the spot or refund me for as I had a 1000 mile drive home and wanted to get started. Even that was a pleasurable experience as they made the whole process easy and with no pressure whatsoever, at any time. Usually the finance guy is trying to pressure you into an upsell but Arturo Gutierrez was awesome. He'd sent me data before leaving and then walked me thought he whole process with calm and easy to understand explanations and absolutely no negativity when I turned some offers down. David Gonzales walked me though the cars controls and answered even the dumbest questions with grace. There was never any pressure and I enjoyed it so much that put of 19 car purchases over the last thirty years this is the one dealer I actually plan on returning to. Particularly for cars for my daughters and this cars replacement in a few years. These guys are brilliant. Thanks to Arturo, Kriss, David, Nick and the team over there. I had such a good time I took the long way home and didn't get out of the car for the first four and a half hours. Back roads and a great time! More

Bought a BRAND NEW 2019 A220!!!! As soon as I walked in the dealership I was warmly welcomed by Richard Harper. He was so so nice to me, treated me professionally and he was VERY patient with me. I told him on my first visit that I was not buying today because I wasn't the one going to buy the car, and Richard replied with "That is not a problem!" From then on I new I was in good hands! 2 days later my boyfriend and I came in and bought the new 2019 A220! I was just so so happy with the experience. Richard and Mike stayed with us and helped us through the entire deal until we left at 9:45PM 100% satisfied! If you want a Mercedes, then you HAVE to go to the Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands! Do NOT waste your time going anywhere else! I will always, ALWAYS buy from Richard no matter what! He made my experience with my very first Mercedes memorable. Richard, Mike thank you VERY much for everything! :) More

Skip Greenway and head to The Woodlands MBZ dealership I live about two miles from the Greenway Mercedes dealership. I bought a "pre-owned" car there several years ago. It was the last day of the month-- s I live about two miles from the Greenway Mercedes dealership. I bought a "pre-owned" car there several years ago. It was the last day of the month-- salesman told me to take the car and come back and they would fix a small dent. They then refused to fix it the next week. So I've purchased several used Mercedes since then at various dealerships. When I saw how far this one was from my house, I was unsure if it was worth it. But I really liked the car. Well, it's definitely worth the trip. Kriss Arbury and the staff were very helpful. They have called several times to make sure everything is fine. They sent the license plates to me by Fed Ex so I wouldn't have to drive up there. They sent a video on how to program my garage door. I understand it is a family-owned dealership so they seem to be very focused on customer service. Highly recommend. More

With a new driver in the house we were looking for another car and were going to buy a BMW, however, the experience with the that dealership was less than satisfactory. We decided to look at a few other dealers, Mercedes, Audi and Cadilliac. The reception, attention to details, working to get the options we needed were unparalleled. New too Mercedes but made us feel like old friends We were apprehensive of going to look at Mercedes. We thought we would be met with a “high-brow” attitude. The moment we walked into the door we were We were apprehensive of going to look at Mercedes. We thought we would be met with a “high-brow” attitude. The moment we walked into the door we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and our experience just got better from there. Our salesman (Kriss) was fantastic, nice guy , made us feel welcome and took away any feelings of apprehensiveness we might of had at that point. Unlike other dealerships the finance manager (Mike) was informative and friendly. We never felt pressured and we had his undivided attention. We honestly think he gave us the best deal possible. When we were signing the papers on our new car purchase the finance director (Paula Alpha) was top notch. Paula had all the warranty options on her iPad that were interactive with our purchase price and our payment. This made it very informative and at no time did we feel pressured to make any additional purchases. The environment as well as all the employees at Mercedes of the Woodlands made this the best car buying experience that We have ever had. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new 2019 c300 and will be back for our next car purchase. More
