We were out on the test drives within 15 minutes of arriving at the dealer - no waiting around. He strongly recommended only the options that we truly needed (heated seats are a must in a convertible!!!) and answered questions on other options. No wasted time or unwelcome sales pitch. Very well done! Jennifer Cacchione was our Second Date. She had prepared by discussing the particulars of our vehicle with Michael in advance. Very impressed with preparation, knowledge, and research. The car arrived in 2 to 4 weeks faster than expected, and final purchase and paperwork was easy with Dave Busby. We appreciate Michael Dixon's attention to detail and more importantly the fact that he listen and understood what were important decision making factors with our first purchase. He informed us of new financing options for the 2017 Clubman and worked with us to customized the build to achieve the desired configuration, this was key to moving forward. It serves as an example of how other dealership-staff should conduct their business. This is in great contrast to other dealerships I was trying to work with. I was able to finalize a deal with Michael, over the phone in 5 hours, which was extremely impressive, especially when considering that I was in-person at other Mini dealers and received less information than I did when I was working with Micheal via phone. The first time I saw the vehicle and met Michael in person was when I went to pick it up. This was a risk I was comfortable with due to the way he conducted business with me over the phone. More
