Took it in for a sound coming from door panel& cracked infotainment screen. No exhaust leaks, but replaced exhaust anyway. Sound turned out to be stereo amplifier, not exhaust. Replaced the whole stereo v infotainment screen. No exhaust leaks, but replaced exhaust anyway. Sound turned out to be stereo amplifier, not exhaust. Replaced the whole stereo vs just the screen. Cost $2700 total + tax. Feel like I got ripped off, especially on the $1500 stn stl exhaust that had no leaks. More

Buy a brand new Cadillac and they can’t get the onstar and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and bought from there while it was Massey C and satellite radio working. Ordered a part for it. Still not working. I’ve owned multiple Cadillacs and bought from there while it was Massey Cadillac. Never received such poor service. Spoke to general manager, service manager, salesman we purchased from. Paid cash for all but 10 grand, and we get a car we can’t fully use, cause it’s sitting in service. Mr Massey stood behind his customers and his vehicles. These people are in the wrong business. Very unsatisfied, and their not even helping. Don’t buy from them! I would put zero stars but it won’t let me More

This is my third visit to service at Garland Cadillac. Always easy to make appt. Michael Davis gets my car in and out quickly. Pricing is very reasonable.
