The sales team did a terrific job. the management team was so easy to work with and the care, time and detail taken to insure we understood not only our new car but the service process and all of our warranty and other services they provide. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I’ve never had a worse experience with a car dealership. The most unprofessional, unethical people I’ve ever dealt with. Treated like dirt and completely disrespected by salesman Mark with a car dealership. The most unprofessional, unethical people I’ve ever dealt with. Treated like dirt and completely disrespected by salesman Mark L stating “you weren’t going to buy the car anyway!” As if I can’t afford it! Contacted the GM, Michael, via email and never even got an acknowledgement of the email to learn about the situation and see if or how he could make it right. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!!!!! I live 10 mins from here, and will be driving to another Subaru dealer that’s 40 mins away for anything service or sales related. I will never spend another dollar at Troncalli. If I could give negative stars, I would! This place gives the “car salesman” their bad rep. More
