I had the best experience at this dealership, everyone was very nice, and there was a real genuine vibe overall. My salesman, Mike was not pushy and explained everything clearly along the way. Farooq was awesome. He was straight up with me on the phone, and stuck to every thing he said when I came in to buy the car. He was professional but not to the point He was straight up with me on the phone, and stuck to every thing he said when I came in to buy the car. He was professional but not to the point of being uptight, ie easy to joke with, someone I would have a beer with but I dont drink. He was super flexible, and most importantly he WAS NOT PUSHY!!!!! He let me take my time and make the decisions I wanted/needed. He actually helped talk me thru different scenarios. Instead of financing I paid cash, he helped me come to that decision even though it may have cost them/Heritage $$ (Sorry if that gets him in trouble). I'm quick as sh-t to leave a bad review, barely leave a good one, this one took me months. But just the fact that I'm doing it means it was good service. More

My husband's and my experience purchasing a car from Mian Farooq was fantastic! I hadn't bought a new car for almost 11 years and wasn't looking forward to the experience. Farooq was patient, informative, and never gave my husband nor I the impression that we were under pressure to buy. Came to shop for a Subaru for my daughter and I also bought a new Subaru too! My salesman, Mian, and the sales manager, Inam, gave me an offer, I could not refuse... My family and I were treated very bought a new Subaru too! My salesman, Mian, and the sales manager, Inam, gave me an offer, I could not refuse... My family and I were treated very well by Mian, he offered liquid refreshments, lunch and dinner....where have I ever been treated like this at a car dealership? Never! More
