I had an appointment for 9:20 to take care of a minor recall. Appointment was schedule a week ago. Since then I’ve received at least 10 text messages reminding me of the appointment. I show up today and recall. Appointment was schedule a week ago. Since then I’ve received at least 10 text messages reminding me of the appointment. I show up today and am told that it will be between 3 and 4 hours. I asked the purpose of 9:20 appointment and was told “that put me in the queue. I was also told how lucky I was to get an appointment because other dealers were 3 to 4 weeks out. I would have been fine with 3 to 4 weeks out. I asked why they couldn’t have just moved my appointment 3 hours later and got no response. Obviously this dealership believes their time is much more valuable than mine. More

We called the dealer 4 times inquiring about oil change on our 2021 santa fe turbo..each time young lady said You can't come in before 6500 miles or they won't pay. We thought it was 6000. So then I calle on our 2021 santa fe turbo..each time young lady said You can't come in before 6500 miles or they won't pay. We thought it was 6000. So then I called the salesman and he said 6500 miles. Today we took our car in with 6700 miles and they said oh you were 300 miles from being invalid on your warranty, it was actually 6000. So please come back in 12000 miles for you next service..yet they put a sticker on the window that said come back in 14000 miles. While service is good..facts are not More

With all the glowing reviews from others none of them must have had Mellisa Sutton as their service rep. Worst customer service I have ever had. She has zero social skills and can’t read social cues.
