I recently just purchased a 2022 highlander from Pat Lobb and the experience I had with Mel Williams was top-notch. He was checking daily on the car I expressed to him I wanted and as soon as he saw one comi and the experience I had with Mel Williams was top-notch. He was checking daily on the car I expressed to him I wanted and as soon as he saw one coming I was the first person he called. The communication he had throughout the whole process was unmatched. He is wonderful! Also, Matt Jirani in finance was really great too, talking about numbers on what you'll owe, etc can be stressful and a little bit intimidating but he made it super easy. Do yourself a favor and go to Pat Lobb for your next vehicle transaction! You won't be disappointed. More
