The general manager chimed in the same night over email to tell me he was sorry to hear about my experience and him being true to his word - honored the initial deal over the phone from the night before. It's nice to see that they were proactive on fixing the problem. More

Excellent Service In October 2018, I went to Paragon Honda to trade-in my Honda Certified 2014 Honda CR-V LX for a new 2018 Honda CR-V LX. The team of Mr. Haitham Elkoh In October 2018, I went to Paragon Honda to trade-in my Honda Certified 2014 Honda CR-V LX for a new 2018 Honda CR-V LX. The team of Mr. Haitham Elkohli (sales consultant) and Mr. Md. S. Majumder (business manager) assisted me on that day. Sometimes certain people walk into a dealership that don't have a high credit score, and they don't have a large amount of money as a down payment either, and furthermore they are on a fixed monthly budget. It is under these circumstances that a prospective buyer can differentiate whether the sales person and the business manager are just trying to make a sale or are they really concerned with helping out the person based on his/her needs. I fall into the financial situation described above. Mr. Elkohli and Mr. Majumder were patient, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, helped me in making the right decision and overall provided an excellent overall service. Thank you. Haitham who helped us through the process was very easy to work with and spent a lot of time with us even though we were the last ones to finish. In between we had some issues with the insurance company on rates and Haitham helped is sort through it. By the time we sorted everything DMV had closed Haitham came and delivered the car the next day. Even the person we worked with in finance tool time to explain things to us and work things with me as it was the first time that we were leasing. More

From start to finish, Haitham Elkholi and his team delivered — far exceeding our expectations with sincere and patient service throughout the usually stressful car-buying journey. From a cheerful initial phone outreach from Lily Genao (in response to our TrueCar inquiry), to a transparent loan financing discussion with Md Majumder, we were thoroughly impressed with the enthusiastic and no-pressure service we received. Despite an out-of-his-control inventory mix-up with our original target car, Haitham bent over backwards to make things right, taking quick action to dealer-swap an upgraded model for us at roughly the same price. When we were unable to pick it up the next day ourselves, he remarkably delivered it to our home *himself* after working hours. You simply can't beat that level of exemplary service! Kudos, also, to the showroom team for creating such a welcoming environment - the free sandwiches and home-baked chocolate chip cookies were much appreciated :) More
