Went shopping for my first car and was really lucky to have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a have been paired with Santiago. He was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions/concerns, also with the process of me finally choosing a car. We came across a few hiccups (none their fault) and Santiago found solutions for all of them, even got my mom a better quote for her insurance. The process took a few days and he communicated frequently and thoroughly throughout. Everyone that helped out with the process was great. First car purchase and Santiago made it real easy. Identify theft took place at this dealership, obviously there are unethical Sales Consultants and Finance Managers there. They approved a $41,000 vehicle for a “co-signer” that was NOT at the dealership an there are unethical Sales Consultants and Finance Managers there. They approved a $41,000 vehicle for a “co-signer” that was NOT at the dealership and did not authorize HONDA to do Anything, STAY AWAY !!!!They will clearly do ANYTHING to make money!!!!! They gave me the run around when I called no manager would pick up when the call got transferred to them STAY AWAY!!!! More

Josiah is the BEST!!! Honestly I didn't think I can get a new CRV with no down payment and not a good credit. But Josiah worked his magic and said to my 5 yr old son "don't Honestly I didn't think I can get a new CRV with no down payment and not a good credit. But Josiah worked his magic and said to my 5 yr old son "don't worry, you are going home with a new car!" My son literally jumped!!! I know he worked very very hard to make this happen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and he didn't push me to buy any specific cars, he let me choose and gave me great advise. I am definitely going back to him again for future cars. Also Financial Manager, Edgar was equally fantastic. He was very patient and tried to give me the best deal possible. I always had very negative experience at the car dealers before, but not at Paragon. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!!!! More
