The dealership took a stressed out customer in an unfortunate situation and turned it into one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had thus far. Maytee & Marc did an excellent job communicating w unfortunate situation and turned it into one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had thus far. Maytee & Marc did an excellent job communicating with me and showing care and concern for my situation. Mike, the financier, was knowledgeable, down to earth, and transparent with information. Destyne was the salesperson I worked with on my first visit. She listened to my story, was very empathetic and made me comfortable. Trey, my salesman that I was paired with by chance, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, spoke to you like he had known you for years. Listened to everything I said and was able to connect which really is the battle when selling something. I thank you all for all of your hard work and your diligence to making this deal. More

I WAS PROMISED you would ship additional roof panels after previous owner dropped them off and have yet to here anything from your dealership Earnie!! Or was this just lip service to send us on our way. We drove 3 hours from central Florida and even received a call from your dealership that morning confirming that we would be there at 1:pm. Having previously confirmed with your sales (professional) this is a bit of a stretch that we would be paying cash for the vehicle we did not haggle on the price we knew exactly what we were paying for it yet we spent 3 hours at your dealership before finalizing paperwork and leaving most of which time was sitting around waiting. I am not impressed by your non professionalism and and inadequate handling of this sale you have verified why I haven’t bought a vehicle from a Stealership in more than 20 years the xxxxxxxxx still alive and well in Fort Myers Florida. More

Went in for an oil change and was pressured into purchasing a new vehicle. Shame on me for letting it happen!!! It started at the service lounge all the way up to the Sales manager. Honestly, it was a lovely dealership, however, my saleswoman, Maytee Ycaza straight out lied to me to persuade me to purchase a car. She did not care what I wanted, she just wanted to get the sale. saleswoman, Maytee Ycaza straight out lied to me to persuade me to purchase a car. She did not care what I wanted, she just wanted to get the sale. I wanted only 2 things when she asked me what I want in a vehicle. I replied that all I wanted was Apple Car Play, which was quite popular and new at the time, and good gas mileage. That was all! She told me that the car I was looking at had both. This was also the very first time I was buying brand new. I had always bought used and was weary about a brand new purchase. After signing everything and getting home I quickly realized she had lied. I called her and she said the car had Honda Link and it was the same thing. This was completely untrue! Regardless she lied about what the car came with. I had to spend a lot of money having Car Play put into the vehicle. I will never go back after being treated this way and I told all my Sanibel and Captiva clients what had happened. It was so simple what I wanted but she couldn't even be honest with me. Extremely disappointing! More
