I came in a day earlier by mistake and you scheduler’s and management found a way to get it done . It was great because I had traveled 90 miles to get there. Max came in and he had the day off but started and management found a way to get it done . It was great because I had traveled 90 miles to get there. Max works in the accessories department and he was awesome!! His friendly personality, accommodation and customer service were excellent! Two other Toyota dealerships (parts department staff) told m awesome!! His friendly personality, accommodation and customer service were excellent! Two other Toyota dealerships (parts department staff) told me a roof rack is not available for my 2023 Corolla Hybrid. Max knew how/where to look and I had my rack the very next day. Daytona Toyota held true to customer service. I purchased a new RAV4 from the lot in December 2020. Due to life being hectic I never came in to get the windows tinted. When I contacted them last I purchased a new RAV4 from the lot in December 2020. Due to life being hectic I never came in to get the windows tinted. When I contacted them last week and asked a price they offered it complimentary. I thought for sure that benefit had long expired. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them since 2018 and see me getting more. More
