It took over 4 weeks to get an appointment. Then 1 week wait just to have my car looked at. Then another week to have a part delivered and then installed. Always smooth and easy to get my car serviced and get in and out of service. Great team that is clear, available, and thorough with the entire process. I got regular updates on the servicing status and my car was ready earlier than promised. This time I needed a shuttle service and that was managed seamlessly without any issues. More

Service was great, but getting an appointment was painful. Had to leave a voicemail and got a call back from a number that was not recognized. Luckily I picked up, which is unusual these days since painful. Had to leave a voicemail and got a call back from a number that was not recognized. Luckily I picked up, which is unusual these days since 95% of calls I received are scam calls. You really need a reliable way to schedule service online. All the emails I get indicate there is but Salerno does not. More
