Wosrt Customer Service EVER!!!!!! I took my car for service this morning and NOT A SOUL spoke to me. Employees walking pass me and no one had the decency to speak or turn on the TV to I took my car for service this morning and NOT A SOUL spoke to me. Employees walking pass me and no one had the decency to speak or turn on the TV to accommodate me while I waited on my car. I will NEVER return back to this location and I will like to speak with cooperate about this unprofessional place!! This is a business!! What kind of business is ran in such a disrespectful manner!! I am beyond pissed!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!! ALL OF YOU EMPLOYEES ARE TOTALLY RUDE!!! More

Great vehicle (Toyota), very good service departmen My car buying at another local dealership has always had too much " pushiness" in the process. Great vehicle (Toyota), very good service department (excellent actually), but the sales side always seemed a bit much to work with (perhaps I'm just getting too old). Everybody in sales I had contact with were very nice (as one might expect), but getting down to the numbers took much too long. Getting "charmed" was part of the sales event ....of course.... except that it was over "pronounced". At Infinity, I was lucky to have my "straw" drawn by Matthew Carlisle. We got along well and he displayed a good knowledge of your product. I'm not a quick buyer and he was able to wait it out for months till I drifted in on Memorial day waiting to be "convinced" now was a good day to commit. My wife loves the car and I liked the price ( the car too). A deal was cut. More

Easy Decision Infiniti of Stuart made purchasing my new QX 50 SUV an easy decision. One of the few Dealers who I have contacted that actually gives you detailed inf Infiniti of Stuart made purchasing my new QX 50 SUV an easy decision. One of the few Dealers who I have contacted that actually gives you detailed information over the phone or by texting, I knew that we had a good chance to make a deal before I went to the Dealership for a test drive. The exact QX50 which I inquired about was freshly detailed and parked outside waiting for me when I arrived for my test drive appointment. Mathew Carlisle, my Salesperson, met me at the door and off we went. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the advantages of buying an Infiniti from his Dealership. Upon our return to the Dealership, I then met Willie Heflin, the New Car Sales Manager, who was most helpful and informative about the financial and leasing options available. Once I decided on leasing the vehicle, Mathew then presented me with a clear detailed offer that included a very fair trade-in allowance for my current vehicle. After we discussed a few minor adjustments to the offer, we arrived at Deal. The whole process only took a few minutes and at no time did I feel pressured. I always felt like they wanted to work with me and appreciated my business. I then completed the purchase with Hus Ebrahimi, the Finance Manager, who was also truly excellent. Mathew then presented me with an Infiniti swag bag with some nice Infiniti merchandise to take home. He also spent a great deal of time showing me how to operate all the tech and safety features of the QX50 and made my first 30 day complementary service appointment. The Dealership also offers free car washes, a beautiful mini Starbucks café with complementary snacks and drinks, and the optional “Auto Butler” automotive detailing system. I have been to a number of Infiniti Dealers before, who usually attempt to offer a first class experience, but they are no match for the staff and facilities at this Stuart location. More
