I’ve been in many dealership places and not once I get the respect as a client before and after the purchase, They value my questions and gave me a feed back with absolute decency and professionalism. Mr. Matt Milici and Mr. Leigh Voglezon were super nice people to work with and I’ll absolutely recommend them a 1000% to make deal with either to their advantage or yours for that matter. Lindsay is a Superb Dealership When I was shopping for a Cadillac, I visited all dealership in my 30 miles radius. Lindsay was the very best and represent what is expected of Cadill When I was shopping for a Cadillac, I visited all dealership in my 30 miles radius. Lindsay was the very best and represent what is expected of Cadillac best service and sales courteous, luxurious and prompt professional responses. My sales man Matt and his manager were cheerful and professional. All others especially Jim Coleman Cadillac seemed in my opinion the worst dealer, management and service ever. More

My experience began the minute I walked into the door. Matt greeted me at the door and from that point my experience was comfortable and somewhat fun. I don't like going to buy a car. I feel like it's an all day process of haggling and waiting. I did not have that type of experience. My finance person, Simone Dunbar, was great as well. Overall, they made the experience painless and quick. I was still able to enjoy the rest of my day with my new vehicle. More

I have a 2000 Cadillac (and I'm actually under 30!), not purchased from Lindsay. I have had a few issues with it, nothing major. They've always done a good overall inspection of the car each time I bring purchased from Lindsay. I have had a few issues with it, nothing major. They've always done a good overall inspection of the car each time I bring it in. The first time, I had an electrical problem and they replaced a part and the problem persisted. They replaced another part that fixed the problem. They only charged me for the different between that and the previous service call (so I didn't get charged for the repair that didn't fix the problem). I also had a problem with my seat memory at a later date, that apparently just needed reprogramming. They did that for free. My third service call (all of these over a period of about 3 yrs) was a stalling issue (only happened twice over 6 mos). The service assistant knew exactly what the problem was - I was impressed with that. They've never been overly-nice, but then again, I haven't bought a car from them, but I've been treated with respect. They have good service, but obviously charge a Cadillac price on both parts and service. I decided to leave this review so that the reviews didn't consist of only customers who have bad expieriences, as many review sites do. More
