We went to Audi Cary without any expectations of buying a car on the spot, our budget was under 25-35k and we were really just looking to see what was available and how some used vehicles were priced. Eric was great and even worked with us on the budget, finding us a great deal on a mint Q3 with no accidents or issues. The whole team then stayed 3 hours after close to get us taken care of! The whole process felt seemless and in no way were we pressured to buy anything. Eric definitely wanted to give us a great experience. It was also our first time buying a car, and he answered any and all general car buying questions. Matt and Hugh were also great and very quick! More

Ty is the bomb.com. I had no idea that I would drive home with an A3. If I had not met Ty I don't think the deal would have been sealed. I was looking for a different make & model. The sales manager and finance team was great as well and worked with me to put together what I thought was a fair deal, especially with low inventory across every dealership right now.
