My transaction with Johnnie Richards was nothing but EASY! He made me feel comfortable from the very start and went out of his way to hunt down keys for a vehicle I had seen online. He was not going to EASY! He made me feel comfortable from the very start and went out of his way to hunt down keys for a vehicle I had seen online. He was not going to give up! Within minutes we were test-driving the car. This was not an Audi but a Tesla. He informed me that he didn't know that much about it but he knew more than I thought. I think he even researched the vehicle after he saw I was interested and told me some amazing things that this "computerized" car could do. Never did he pressure me into buying anything different and was always professional and curtious. I see why he is one of the top salesmen and how he cares and treats his customers. Mr. Richards, I appreciate you making my car-buying experience, EASY! The entire staff was amazing and kind, especially the lady at the front when you walk into the door. Thanks for keeping me company as Jonnie walked back and fourth gathering information. Cary Autopark Audi will definitely get referrals from me.
