I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Greene on the purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I wa purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I was also considering the Mercedes counterparts. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. We test drove both vehicles and he was able to provide me with lots of knowledge about each one. It was immediately clear that Kyle was well versed when it came to the vehicles. I told him I had no intention or purchasing today, and he still spent tons of time with me and educated me. You can tell he has a passion for BMW’s and truly believes in them. There was never any pressure to purchase. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and educated that I decided to purchase an X3 right away. When it came time to do the numbers, Kyle and his sales managers worked within my constraints until they had me at payment where I felt comfortable. The attitude of everyone at the dealership from the managers, to the finance gentleman, and of course Kyle, was totally upbeat and customer focused. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone who is looking for an amazing sales experience. Kyle, I can’t thank you enough, and I will be sending referrals your way! More

Kyle is phenomenal. This is a difficult time to go through the car buying process and he was right there with me through all the bumps in the road along the way. I live in Dumfries, VA, a 90-minute drive, and I was happy to make the trip 4-5 times purely because of how affable, attentive, responsive, and sincere Kyle was (even before meeting in person). As I said, there were issues along the way that got under my skin. Even though he had no control over the circumstances, he was nevertheless apologetic and took ownership of mistakes that may have been made even though he wasn't responsible. I could have easily purchased from one of the many dealers much closer to my home, but the guy is so great to work with that it instills loyalty not only to him but to the dealership as a whole. I couldn't recommend him any more highly. If you end up with Kyle, rest assured you'll be in good hands. If you haven't contacted the dealership yet, I strongly suggest that you request him as your client advisor. D. Logan More

I didn’t feel any pressure from her at all and saw her as a true partner in the experience. I’m a single female and so car buying can be a bad experience but Brittany completely changed that for me! My experience at BMW of Silver Spring is by far one of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership! My client advisor, Harold Shelby was so incredibly patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. the best experiences I've had at a car dealership! In the past I have walked away from other dealerships feeling pressured to make a decision on a vehicle I expressed interest in, but thankfully that was not my experience at BMW of Silver Spring. I took my time making my decision and felt fully supported by Harold along the way. He gave me the space and time I needed to feel confident in my final decision which I am extremely grateful for. Desirea and I basically spent the day together getting everything done so I could drive away with MY new car. No high pressure and finding the car I wanted and the rest of the time going thru the process everything done so I could drive away with MY new car.
