After taking my beloved 5Series to a Popular Car Care Center (who shall remain nameless) for a $100.00 routine oil change, I THOUGHT I was in really After taking my beloved 5Series to a Popular Car Care Center (who shall remain nameless) for a $100.00 routine oil change, I THOUGHT I was in really good hands... until I went to get my car on the scheduled date and it was not ready. Not only was it not ready, it wasn't running either. The un-named center performed unrequested services on my vehicle (Electrical, Transmission, and other non-related systems) AND botched the requested services as well, resulting in the state of ill-repair and @ $11,000.00 worth of damages. After retrieving my vehicle by tow, BMW of Silver Spring quickly assessed the issues and repaired my vehicle 4 days ahead of schedule. EVERYONE there was extremely polite and professional.
