We have rece On Wednesday January 20, 2016, my wife and I went to our scheduled appointment at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge at approximately 6:30 PM. We have recently added on to our family with twin girls, and were looking to possibly purchase a reliable mini-van. The impending "blizzard" approaching the tri-state area was also a factor. Upon reaching the dealership, we were quickly attended to and introduced to Marty. Marty greeted my wife and I with a pleasant attitude and inquired as to what type of vehicle we were interested in. As we searched for a vehicle, we had a conversation about life and work. Marty seemed genuine and transparent when he discovered me and my wife's ages, and he felt compelled to share some of his life's experience with us. He shared candidly of having had gone through a divorce some years back which resulted in him "starting over", as well as his recent battle with an illness. As we were in conversation, Marty managed to maintain his professionalism, and helped to meet our vehicle needs. At approximately 9:00 P.M., we agreed on a deal for a Town and Country Mini-Van. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly. Marty Siflinger was the one who sold my brother his car, so he was the one I dealt with. Not only was he professional and attentive to my needs, he also made me feel like family, I was also happy with the finance person, Mike Quattalaro, who helped me to get the best rate on financing my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I plan to have this vehicle a very long time and am very grateful for Marty for being such a great salesman, but even a better person! More

My faith is restored! I was looking to trade in my 2015 Ram for something else that would lower my payments. I had to go into and walk out of at least 7 dealerships because I was looking to trade in my 2015 Ram for something else that would lower my payments. I had to go into and walk out of at least 7 dealerships because they were showing me cars that were MORE than what I owed and/or were offering too little for my truck. When I went to Westbury Dodge I explained to the girl at the counter that I had no problem walking out of there if they couldn't. or wouldn't help me. She introduced me to Marty and he did the right thing. I explained everything to him and he only showed me cars that i was interested in and were in my price range. Being it was near the end of the day we scheduled an appointment to test drive on another day. When I went back he went over some other cars with me that he found since our last meeting showing me that he did his research even without me there. I test drove some cars and left later that day in my new car! Marty was very helpful in every step of the way from picking a car to getting financing to learning how to work my new car. Marty now has my business and referrals for as long as he works there. More

Marty was our salesman and was very informative about the wranglers he had in stock. He was friendly, courteous and not pushy. It was obvious that he was there to help the customer find what they were looking for and not try to push a different car on you. He made us feel like family. We have had Jeeps in the past but have never received the service we did with Marty. He is definitely an asset to the Westbury Jeep staff. When we first met him and he went to get keys so we could take a test drive, we felt very confident with him that we recommended him to some other people who were also looking at wranglers. They made an appointment with him for the next day. A great guy to have on your side when looking to buy a car!! More

Pleasure dealing with them I had ben looking for a Ram 1500 for some time and finally found one at Westbury Dodge. Met up with Marty S. on Wednesday night to look at the one veh I had ben looking for a Ram 1500 for some time and finally found one at Westbury Dodge. Met up with Marty S. on Wednesday night to look at the one vehicle in particular that I was interested in. Sat with Marty for a bit and discussed some numbers and decided to to go home and give it some thought. Spoke with Marty two days later and we were able to wrok out a deal that was satisfactory to both parties interested. Marty was a real pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He gave me his cell phone number and we communicated multiple times throughout the deal. He even corrected an issue I had two days later that I had, and for that I am greatly appreciative. I would recommend anyone in the market for a Dodge/ Ram vehicle to go and at least sit with Marty. More
