John was a great sales rep, he answered all our questions. It was a great pleasure and an easy process working with John. I got in by 0915, and was out by 1630 with my Grand Cherokee WK Limited. We enjoyed our lunch, and when it was ready, we got a call to pick the vehicle up. We got in the Jeep and drove of. Also, I have to thank John for staying with us to the end. Poor customer service out right liars Worst experience. Made a deal salesman edward hyne wasn’t in for two days then I was away stayed in constant communication came in to find out they so Worst experience. Asked to speak with manager they thought they put me on hold heard conversation trying to come up with stories to avoid situation. I am retired LEO would not recommend this place at all. This was after having conversation that my Jeep was used to go back and forth to st Mary’s hospital to visit my 4 year old granddaughter who passed away four months ago. Lack of compassion to say the least manager Michael Quattalaro lied and said he said to leave a deposit. Never happened because they were hoping to sell it higher price and succeeded which is ok just should have not jerked me around. More

I started with Westbury Jeep and saw one that I liked but I was in the market for a Certified Jeep grand Cherokee and searched endlessly for 2 months. I started with Westbury Jeep and saw one that I liked but didn't love. I went to other dealers and looked into other Companies and Suv's but the finances didn't work and the other salesman didn't listen to me. A month passed and Anthony called me when a certified Cherokee came in and I came in and loved the car and the price was reasonable. They accommodated me and worked me and my bank to secure the deal I needed and left me actually happy that I dealt with a dealership for the first time. More

Believe the hype! Westbury Jeep far exceeded our expectations. This is our 7th Jeep we've gotten and by far the best buying experience we've ever had. Our salesperson M Westbury Jeep far exceeded our expectations. This is our 7th Jeep we've gotten and by far the best buying experience we've ever had. Our salesperson Michael Cerritos was super nice and easy going with no pressure, the manager Lisa Amblo was fantastic and very upfront. We really felt that there was transparency which is usually pretty rare at dealerships. When it came time to do the financing it couldn't have been easier and super quick. This was our 1st deal with Westbury and for sure will not be our last. We had test driven our car and then came back another day to pick it up. The car was perfectly clean and detailed..they even cleaned inside the doors which is usually overlooked. Lots of attention to detail. It's a little far from where we live out in Stony Book but well worth the trip! We will be back for our next Jeep! More
