Tire with a slow leak . Stopped in at Bob Johnson Chevrolet ,my sister came out to visit and a few days into her visit we found a slow leak in one of her front tires . We t . Stopped in at Bob Johnson Chevrolet ,my sister came out to visit and a few days into her visit we found a slow leak in one of her front tires . We took the car into the service department to see if they could look at the tire and fix it. They looked at it and showed us 3 small pinholes in the tire all close together. They told us they could fix the leaks, or replace the tire. We decided to replace the tire. Throughout the entire process we were kept informed at every step of the way. We were treated as though we were part of the family. More

horrible customer service with that call center . In ROc & l Was told I had antifreeze mixing in with the oil and may need a new motor, turned out not to be true , but my Sierra needed it’s second set of injecto Was told I had antifreeze mixing in with the oil and may need a new motor, turned out not to be true , but my Sierra needed it’s second set of injectors put in it . First set were at 30k this set was at 70k miles , at 765.00$ not happy with GMC . I’m not a complainer but I thought those injectors were covered under the power train warrant but they were not . Just goes to show how confident GM is in there parts . More

Oil change and tire rotation I like the service i get and they are always friendly. Except when I told them of an issue of a rattling noise under my car he said he couldn't find a I like the service i get and they are always friendly. Except when I told them of an issue of a rattling noise under my car he said he couldn't find anything wrong. So the tech test drove it. Said he still didn't hear anything. Yet when I got in the car to leave the air was on full blast and the radio was loud. Still have the rattle. So I know it wasnt checked. Looked myself and there is a loose muffler bracket. Fixed it myself More
