My whole experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was fantastic. The salesperson I had an appointment with had gone home sick so was introduced to Mark Preston who was SO GREAT!!! He made me feel very comfortable and showed me both cars. I loved the color and styling of the less expensive one, and at no point did Mark push me to buy the pricier vehicle - in fact, based on what I wanted said the less expensive one checked every box and it had fewer miles. I appreciated SO MUCH that he was transparent and not just trying to get me to spend more. I normally dread the car buying negotiation process but Mark was very easy to work with. I hadn’t planned on buying a car today, in fact was still considering two other makes, but found a car I loved for a good price and my trade-in paid off…so left with my new QX50. Would highly recommend Infiniti of Gwinnett and especially Mark Preston! More
