Generally, I loathe the car buying process. In the past, I've encountered several switch and bait issues to just unnecessary lies about pricing and finance. He was very patient, a good listener, and worked to satisfy OUR needs and wants instead of vice versa. As a result, we were very comfortable with the car buying process. The no haggle pricing was the best for the model and options at the time in the city. I was surprised that the platinum protection plan was worth purchasing! This was a no pressure sale full of haggling and taking hours on end. It was quote the opposite. The finance team was awesome as well. Highly recommend for new or used Infiniti purchase! It's worth the drive in spite of the heavy traffic! More

My whole experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was fantastic. I found two CPO Infiniti QX50s in their inventory online (around $4k apart) that fit the criteria I was looking for, so I made an appointm fantastic. I found two CPO Infiniti QX50s in their inventory online (around $4k apart) that fit the criteria I was looking for, so I made an appointment online to test drive both. The salesperson I had an appointment with had gone home sick so was introduced to Mark Preston who was SO GREAT!!! He made me feel very comfortable and showed me both cars. I loved the color and styling of the less expensive one, and at no point did Mark push me to buy the pricier vehicle - in fact, based on what I wanted said the less expensive one checked every box and it had fewer miles. I appreciated SO MUCH that he was transparent and not just trying to get me to spend more. I normally dread the car buying negotiation process but Mark was very easy to work with. I hadn’t planned on buying a car today, in fact was still considering two other makes, but found a car I loved for a good price and my trade-in paid off…so left with my new QX50. Would highly recommend Infiniti of Gwinnett and especially Mark Preston! More
