Would rate a 4.5, but not an option. Everyone was very nice and they did everything I asked them to do but one thing. I hate the car buying experience and think they could do things to make it quicker and nice and they did everything I asked them to do but one thing. The purchasing process was pretty smooth. The salesman listened and helped me find a vehicle that was what I was looking for.
