This is the worst dealer EVER! Mark helper is a terrible manager and I will never come back. 4 plus hour waits for a oil change and the way he talks to his employees infront of cus Mark helper is a terrible manager and I will never come back. 4 plus hour waits for a oil change and the way he talks to his employees infront of customers is so rude and unprofessional! The advisor I was working with was being helpful and kind and this so called “manager” came over to rudely talk to him in front of me. I was taken back by how he spoke to his employee in front of me. I’ve bought many Nissans from this store and have had all my services here but I will never come back if that’s how this company allows management to talk to employees especially with customer ears listening. Disgusting!! More

Transmission went out on my Mazda 3 on October 30th, 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs instal 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs installed the motor back in 2019 after they put in the wrong oil filter for a simple oil change. Oil leaks out and motor blows. Nissan installed a used motor and the flexplate was installed backwards as I said earlier. Contact Nissan of Cool Springs and they said they would not pay for the transmission and pay for car rental while being repaired. More
