My temporary plate expired today. I called many times and no luck. Left message for Mark he never responded. Never in my life I had this happened buying cars. I bought the car with ex I called many times and no luck. Left message for Mark he never responded. Never in my life I had this happened buying cars. I bought the car with expired inspection sticker. So far I was not able to drive my car due to that reason. The dealer is irresponsible. May be because I bought a used car dealer doesn’t care much. Very disappointed More

What I appreciated most was the smooth and seamless process from ordering to delivery. The staff’s welcoming attitude made a significant difference, making me feel valued rather than a bother. Freehold BMW is a very friendly and most importantly not a snobby dealership. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. We have worked with Mark to get 3 cars so far and have been very happy with the attenti a snobby dealership. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. He is an honest salesman and doesn't try to sell you on options you don't need or want. Mark is very informative and was able to answer any questions we had.
