I have been going to this BMW Location in Freehold since 1995 to purchase cars and to have them serviced there as well. I just bought a new 2024 3 Series and had the pleasure of working with Mark Eustice (C 1995 to purchase cars and to have them serviced there as well. I just bought a new 2024 3 Series and had the pleasure of working with Mark Eustice (Client Advisor) and Nicohlas Litchaa (Sales Manager). Both of whom were extremely knowledgeable and who made the entire purchase easy and transparent. Without hesitation, I highly recommend BMW of Freehold and their great staff!! More

Mark was super helpful and provided a superior level of customer service. He is very patient and even offered water for my mom's puppy. The young lady who welcomes the guests is very friendly. My salesperson, Orville, was particularly outstanding - enthusiastic and easy to converse with, making the whole process feel personal. What I appreciated most was the smooth and seamless process from ordering to delivery. The staff’s welcoming attitude made a significant difference, making me feel valued rather than a bother. A memorable moment was discovering that Orville and I have children with the same name, adding a unique personal touch to my experience. More
