He was pleasant to speak to, respectful to me and not pushy or assuming since I was a woman purchasing without assistance. He gave me the time I needed to make a decision and he was available to answer any questions or concerns I expressed....over a three day negotiation of my deal. More

Long distance purchase I found a car for my daughter on-line. Eric was absolutely amazing in helping us make the deal long distance. When we got to the dealership, we work I found a car for my daughter on-line. Eric was absolutely amazing in helping us make the deal long distance. When we got to the dealership, we worked with Mark who did a great job of showing my daughter how to work everything on the car and make sure she was satisfied. The only frustration I had was that the finance manager kept us waiting way too long (about an hour). Being 2+ hours away, since the deal was already agreed on, I was hoping to get in and out but the finance manager tied us up. His inefficiency did not take away from the awesome job of Eric and Mark - I would still highly recommend this dealership to anyone - would only suggest they give the finance manager some training on time management. Everyone we talked with was super nice. More
