Amazing dealership When we first arrived, we expected to be fighting off salesmen. We walked around looking at different cars and much to our surprise we didn’t need to. When we first arrived, we expected to be fighting off salesmen. We walked around looking at different cars and much to our surprise we didn’t need to. We actually approached Mark with a question. We told him what we were interested in and he helped us find what we were looking for in our price range. We test drove what we were interested in came back and discussed the cars. The best part is that there was no pressure, no big show put on by salesmen or the finance dept. just simply straight forward and relaxed. They have definitely turned us into returning customers. More

Price was good, customer service not good Purchased a car from them. They told us only one key is required with the car. If you want another key, you can purchase one for $200. I was leary Purchased a car from them. They told us only one key is required with the car. If you want another key, you can purchase one for $200. I was leary of having just one key, so I purchased another key, which should have been ready when we came for the car. It was not. They had to order the key. We went back to the dealership to get the key and they could program it. We live about 40 miles from them. We waited about 2 to 3 hours and were told they were unable to program the key. They said they would have to contact the Cheverlot dealer. We came back a third time and they still couldn't program the key. They finally had to send the car to a Cheverlot dealer to program. We were there for 5 hours and when we got home part of the door handle was missing. I called and spoke to the manager after a few calls to the dealership which were not returned. He told me the part of the handle was in the cup holder. It was there, but I had to try to put it back on. They did offer us a few oil changes for the inconvience, but we declined because it is too far away. I wanted them to return the money I paid for the inconvience, 3 trips to the dealership with about a 9 hr combined waiting time. The manager declined my request. Also their preperation fees are very high!! More

I searched within 100 miles of my house and Bourne's prices were consistently the best. Once I contacted the dealership I began speaking with Mark. He was great throughout the entire process. Mark kept in contact with me and answered all of my many questions even contacting me on his day off to follow up to make sure everything was going smooth. More
