They want you to buy a car but the service is horrible. They do not back their warranties. Will never buy a Toyota again. 2020 Rav 4 not even two years old already engine problems. Mike was very good until there was no return Uber driver due to storm. Four times message sent no Uber contact Toyota.. after speaking to Mike,twice, his position was Toyota had no control with Uber. When I due to storm. Four times message sent no Uber contact Toyota.. after speaking to Mike,twice, his position was Toyota had no control with Uber. When I again called, I spike to a gentleman who offered help and a solution. He connected me with the cashier to pay my bill, and arranged for my car to be located out front since it was almost time for repairs to close. That watt my husband could drive me to get the car. When I entered the lobby, mike loudly commented, “ms. Farwell, I told you I had nothing to do with Uber!” Why was his comment necessary? No, he didn’t have any control with Uber, but he was not a problem solver once the car was done! Another associate took care of this customer, without Mike even knowing! More
