Great experience here! After an atrocious experience across the street at Swickward Honda we came here to Toyota to check out a 4runner. We were met at the door and they i After an atrocious experience across the street at Swickward Honda we came here to Toyota to check out a 4runner. We were met at the door and they introduced our sales person. The whole process was soooo pressure free and enjoyable, I didn't feel like I was being hassled to answer anything or make a decision. They let us check out the car, gave us upfront warranty costs, offered a test drive and let us check out all the features like stereo and lights etc prior to looking at ANY paper work. They didn't hover or linger as we discussed the price and vehicle and when we reviewed the warranty options. It felt very welcoming and pressure free. It's a large, open building with plenty of amenities to keep you busy during the process. The only thing that wasn't great was the playroom for the kids, but that's literally the only "negative" and in all honesty - no one cares of ots fancy or not. Kids didn't care. But if we needed to be there for hours I can see that being a small issue trying to keep kids entertained so the adults can talk. More

We were approached 20 seconds after getting out of the car. We had spoken to Maricela on the phone and was ready and waiting for us and our dog upon arrival.
