I was specifically told there were “loaner” vehicles available only to find out they cost $40-80 per day. That is not a loaner, that is a rental. Maintenance on my trucks oil change was not clear as to if they checked my transmission fluid and other factors as well. My document said it was red as in bad. But the lady working at the desk stated that if they checked my transmission fluid and other factors as well. My document said it was red as in bad. But the lady working at the desk stated that they wrote it up inaccurate when I followed up with her as to why it’s not accurately labeled if they looked over it. She said the lube tech just didn’t put the righ info down.
